Down payment required for 1 day rentals.
Drop off and pick ups available. Cost based on location.
Pre booking may require a down payment (refundable)
Customers can choose from the following refueling options.
Option 1- Prepay Fuel This option allows the renter to pay for the full tank of gas at the time of rental and return the tank empty. The price is based on an estimate of current fuel prices at a discounted rate and the average tank size for the car received. No refunds will be issued for unused fuel.
Option 2- We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay at the end of the rental for fuel used but not replaced. The price per gallon will be higher than local fuel prices, a surcharge will apply.
Option 3- You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as received.
A cleaning fee will be applied for returning rental items in a dirty condition that requires cleaning beyond standard procedures, especially for excessive pet hair, strong odors, stains, significant trash, or damage.
How to avoid a cleaning fee:
• Remove personal trash: Clear out any food wrappers, empty bottles, or other garbage from the vehicle.
• Wipe up spills: If you spill something, clean it up promptly.
• Shake out floor mats: Remove accumulated dirt or sand by shaking out the floor mats.
• Return the car in reasonable condition: The vehicle should be returned in the same or better clean condition than when you received it.
What to Do After an Accident
1. 1. Notify the Rental Company Immediately:
Fulfill the reporting requirements outlined in your rental agreement to avoid penalties.
2. Document Everything:
Take photos of the accident scene, vehicles involved, and any visible injuries.
3.Follow the Agreement's Instructions:
The rental agreement will outline specific steps you need to take, such as filling out accident forms, to avoid further complications.
